

Should my child take a second night’s test?
Yes, your child should undergo a second night sleep study to avoid having to retest due to inconclusive study results.
*For multiple night studies, you must replace the batteries on the side and backside of each piece of your testing equipment prior to taking the 2nd night’s test. Your test kit includes extra batteries for use with NOX-T3 testing monitor (1 x AA) and for the wireless bluetooth based NONIN WristOx2 pulse oximeter (2 x AAA).

What if something comes up and I’m unable to undergo my studies immediately?
We understand sometimes things come up, however, don’t wait too long to undergo the studies as this will significantly delay diagnosis and treatment.

What is the maximum amount of time I can have the testing equipment?
Your rental comes with up to 5 days to complete a two-night home sleep test, then you must return your NOX-T3 home testing equipment through your local U.S. post office to avoid a late fee, as per Terms and Conditions. (A prepaid shipping label has been provided for your convenience and you can ship the unit back in the same box it arrived in).
If not placed back into the mail by the 5th day (including date of receipt), late fee(s) will apply.

What if I lose or don’t return my Ez Sleep testing equipment?
Once received, if you lose or don’t return back the home sleep testing equipment within 17 days, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the device at $4,995. After 17 days, Ez Sleep must order replacement units at a fee of $4,995.
